Toxic Custard Workshop FilesHow to destroy your video

Step 7: Taking the VCR for a walk

All over the country, on Saturday afternoons, people take their dogs for a walk in the park. Well, it was Saturday afternoon, so we thought it would be a good idea at this point for the VCR to go for a walk in the park too.

After all, exercise is always a good thing. Video manufacturers don't tell you this, but one of the best ways to keep your video operating well is to take it for regular exercise. A walk in the park should be ideal.

Of course, being an inanimate object, it wasn't particularly keen to go for a walk in the park. So I ended up dragging it along instead. The people walking dogs in the park weren't quite sure what to make of it. In fact judging from the looks on their faces, I'd say they were thinking something along the lines of "What the hell is he doing?"

Conclusion: Walking your VCR in the park can be hard work. But at least it won't run off and get into a fight with another VCR, or want to go sniffing at another VCR's rear connectors.
